PURPOSE
The purpose of the booster club is to:

1. Promote school spirit at CMS

2. Raise funds for the CMS athletic program

3. Promote camaraderie and communications among parents/guardians of CMS athletes

WHY SHOULD I GET INVOLVED?
Support from the CMS Athletic booster club is an essential part of the growth and development of
our athletic program and each of our teams. Volunteer opportunities include: working in the concessions
stand at games, working spirit wear table at Parent meetings and/or games, serving on a committee, and serving on the Board. All volunteer activities have a very minimal time commitment with a huge benefit to the students and athletes!

WHERE DO THE FUNDS FROM FUNDRAISERS GO?
All funds raised directly support the CMS athletes.

TO DATE, BOOSTER CLUB CONCESSIONS SALES & FUNDRAISERS HAVE PROVIDED:

• Multipurpose outdoor storage facilities

• Hallway and gymnasium door wraps

• Athletic track fields

• Gymnasium protective pads

• Athletic championship banners

• Concessions products

• CMS fan merchandise

• Coaches mandated certifications

• Large shooting gun for basketball teams

• Murals painted on athletic hallways and girl’s locker room

• Weight room equipment
